Pros
A lot of opportunity to grow, take on side tasks, network, join clubs, etc. Their internal job portal is top tier. They have so many benefits like tuition reimbursement, access to their on-campus health and wellness facilities, and flextime with 4 day work weeks. There are also tons of internal training resources. They also have a young leadership program as well as apprenticeships available. I plan on staying at Lockheed, becoming an engineer, and retiring here.
Cons
This is a huge company, so seeing the big picture of what your working on takes a lot of effort and connecting. It is possible, but you most likely will not get on the job experience each step of the way.
