Pros
Steady income and some co workers have become my friends
Cons
Low pay meaning they cannot get good managers and the decent ones leave, there is a culture of bullying and harassment at very senior levels, pressure to sign up people to instore credit card, mystery shoppers, no appreciation of our hard work and they have a very tight fisted attitude to the staff. Also there are no incentives or bonuses no matter how well we do. The shop staff are blamed for poor quality stock not selling.
