So many staffing cuts mean casuals have so few shifts they leave and the permanents work even harder when it is busy, no appreciation from senior management, they have caused the problems, they will not accept the responsibility and blame those working in the shops, we did not cause the problem. Morale is very low. There are some very good store managers who do so much unpaid overtime to keep their shop in a very good condition but only their staff notice. Senior management do not.
