- New system which implies if not reaching targets i.e. how many crates stacked (which is ridiculous), or how many items scanned per minute, they can give you a warning or sack you within the first 2 years of employment (stated by former line manager), which seems unethical. - Usually hire very young people (from sixth form/college) and threaten them constantly with disciplinary or firing for things that are not dismissible (abuse of power), they do not do the same for older more experience people in organisation, so know your work rights! - Huge staff turnover and are still struggling to keep staff due to poor treatment from managers. - A former coworker died on the job which was extremely traumatising to everyone and protocol was not followed (coworker was alone during incident which is against the policy of working in the warehouse/storage unit, so company is at fault). Also very scary to see how this incident was handled (poorly). Another reason why staff turnover increased tremendously. - Politics
