Great flexibility, excellent product, strong marketing plan, supportive and skill building environment. Work like its a business and it will pay you like a business.
Cons
Requires a great deal of perseverance and humility to grow over the long term. You must stretch to become successful, but that's not bad. Accountability ultimately lies within.
