      Flexibility, freedom, products sell them self and I love the whole philosophy of Mary Kay!! When you hod consistent appointments it really pays off

      About the only con would be keeping parties on the books.

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
