Pros
Great benefits! Great culture! Lots of nice and helpful people.
Cons
Salary was really low. Like $20-30k under market rate. The benefits and profit sharing didn’t make up the difference. Having to wear a suit and tie everyday gets old and is expensive on a low salary. It’s outdated and if you are in a cube all day not sure I really see the point.
