Pros
I enjoyed my time at Mary Kay, despite the usual ups and downs of the corporate world. The people I worked with were great and I enjoyed my projects.
Cons
It was occasionally frustrating to see really good employees get overlooked for promotion and the promotion went to someone else that was more frustrating to work with. Thankfully, I also saw my fair share of deserving people get promoted as well.
