Being an Account Manager here is honestly a pretty rough experience.
The pay is extremely low, and the compensation structure around ACV is borderline embarrassing, especially when you’re working within a portfolio that feels far more SMB than true mid-market. Hitting quota is difficult not just because of performance, but because of how the book of business is designed.
There’s also very little investment in career growth or development. Feedback loops are weak across the board. Whether it’s individual performance, team dynamics, or broader organizational issues, it rarely feels like concerns are heard or acted on.
At times, the role feels less like strategic account management and more like pushing a product that doesn’t always live up to how it’s positioned. That creates a disconnect that can feel uncomfortable and, frankly, frustrating.
The culture doesn’t make up for it either. The company operates very lean to a fault. Even at work events, cost-cutting shows up in ways that feel out of touch. Having to share rooms on trips as a working professional is not a great look and speaks to the broader lack of investment in employees.
Overall, I would not recommend working here. It’s a challenging environment without the support, compensation, or culture needed to make it worthwhile.
