This is a sinking ship with no quality integrity, no respect for its employees, and completely build upon nepotism and favoritism. Leadership has very little idea on how the company works, leadership turnover is frequently and it seems like every leader is just waiting for the sale of the company to go through. And to achieve the sale, they are willing to brush everything under the rug and push employees to their 200% to save costs. The culture and WLB used to be amazing here, until new leaderships who have zero leadership experience joined. What a shame.
