Cons
The sales quotas can create a lot of client AND employee turn over. To make the goals set by management, SCs typically have to sell deals very quickly and very discounted which can hurt the relationship after the sale, passing an account to a CS rep on a negative note. You will hear the term "burned" a lot when you are trying to approach companies, because sometimes other reps have pressed too hard and were too aggressive. Favoritism is very present in MW culture, encouraging an us vs them mentality. Companies refuse to speak with SC's at times because of past rep interactions. Culture is a sorority and fraternity mentality. Drinking after work is encouraged and you have to dress up in a themed costume every closing day.
