Pros
The only pro would have to be is that they hire young so people are friendly.
Cons
A lot of the reviews mention that they felt like they were lied to in the interview process and I completely agree with that statement. They pitch it as being a different type of sales job that you won't be on the phone as much and it will be a fun environment where you make tons of money. They sell you the dream that it is fast track to becoming a manager. Which is all al lie. When essentially a manager is just a sales rep managing people , still have to be on the phone and doing demos and have their own quotas to hit. You spend your entire day cold calling people while being micro managed from your MD putting tons of pressure on you. There is no work life balance because they expect you to always be there ready to go. When it is closing week they expect you to come in an hour early and stay late without getting paid overtime. It is frowned upon when you actually leave when you are supposed to. When you are home you are expected to prospect your own leads because during the day you are supposed to be on the phones.
