Pros
Office snacks, fun people, team and office events (also in cons). If you're able to recognize the issues/shortcomings of the company, and can handle an extremely intense environment, then you may be able to come out with some new skills.
Cons
Very poor work/life balance. Often very long work hours, along with frequent social events that you're made to feel obligated to attend. I never felt comfortable asking for time off. Be prepared to all but give up your personal life. Your boss/team will immediately add you on facebook, snapchat, instagram, etc. Aggressive sales tactics and managers obsessed with hitting their numbers has lead to a toxic, overly competitive work environment. Strict schedule: Walk in the office at 8:02? You're late. EVERYONE takes lunch from 12-1. Have a call or a meeting? Too bad. Very poor communication from management. Very clear 'favorites.' Turnover is extremely high. There is a reason they are always hiring. The 'young, hip, laid-back' image is just a facade.
