Pros
- Great PTO unless you are trying to take a vacation in Q4 or the last week of any month. - Great networking opportunities - Opportunity for a lot of early growth within the company - Can make a decent amount of money, although it's average for the industry - Now offering a fitness plan that pays for a gym membership - Hard to get fired - Lots of company outings and team events that are paid for.
Cons
- High employee turnover - Extreme lack of work life balance - The way the salary model works here is liner. So as you get promoted and have a higher base salary you then increase the threshold of when you start making commission so your technically not making more money based on this model. - Once the company realizes you are no longer "bought in" or you express any negative feedback you will become a black sheep which stays with you forever. - As in most sales jobs they treat you on the idea of "what have you done for me lately" but they seem to take this to the next level, even when you are having a stellar month it will still never been enough as upper management is constantly going to push you for more and more. - You are encourage to give 5 star reviews on Glassdoor.
