Pros
In fact there are quite a number of great people here. They manage to hire a lot of great new talented graduates who are ambitious and driven, and filled with potential. There are also a handful of amazing people in management that you (may) meet if you are lucky, and you will learn quite a bit from them. But that's all.
Cons
Too many to list in full. Management is extremely weak, the company is really badly managed, there is a glass ceiling when it comes to prospects, and there are no proper reviews and career advancement discussions. The pros of working in the company are inflated during the interviews, giving you high expectations, only to realise when working there that the experience, culture and exposure you get is barely half of what was promised. This could be why the turnover is so jaw-dropping. At one point in the office, turnover was more than 200%, and that is a conservative estimate. The company is young, and while management at the very top are pretty good, when it trickles down to management in the individual local offices, management is young and in the many cases I have seen, ineffectual. The company has a really bad reputation amongst many PR firms, and some other corporates too.
