really nice office environment, young outgoing friendly team, genuine people at ICM level at good culture for helping each other

The management team would sit on the phone with you listening in and telling you what to say whilst you were on the phone to customers, rather than giving you autonomy to approach calls with your own style. Meltwater does not know how to manage more experienced people who join, they only know how to do things exactly as they have before and not open to change or new ideas. I was yelled at across the floor on my second week and singled out amongst an entire room and asked "what are you up to over there" by a Managing Director I didn't report to. It's a do or die culture and I've seen so many genuine people struggle from burn out.
