People will speak down to you if you're more "junior" = do this because I said so.
No trust in employees, huge micromanagement.
Nepotism runs rampant. A couple of people who left under a certain manager name dropped them during their "exit interview" but they still got promoted as they're friends w the AD's wife. LOL!
Everyone knows what the problem is, they just sweep it under the rug.
Most positive reviews are written by management... If you want to know the truth, ask them what the turnover rate is. And the base salary.
Work hard? No promotion. Expat? Oh what do you know - senior manager.
