Pros
Fun group of people. For the most part. Can be a really fun crowd that has a great time. Most people are characters and that creates a really fun environment.
Cons
well. very sketchy sales tactics. you didnt hear? there's a price increase next month and you have to renew early to avoid it......this tactic is so over played it was embarrassing to have to even say. regardless, day in and day out, managers force this sleezy tactic on the reps and they are only hurting themselves in the end. How many times can a client hear the same nonsense? they start you on a very low salary, claiming the rest will be made in bonuses.....when asked how many people actually hit target, meaning 96k a year, I was told 80 percent. in reality this doesnt happen even 15 percent among customer success reps so you end up feeling lied to within the first month or so. also - automatic renewals.....the worst. they basically make you renew clients without them agreeing, it was in the fine print, but when you do that for 20K, people tend to have a problem. and it is the rep who has to fight it out, not accounts receiveable. questions to consider.... why is everyone under the age of 30? why is the manager to rep ratio so crazy? what turnover? the company is a great place for recent graduates to start and cut their teeth. you really wont find another company like it. but there is a lot of shadyness that comes with the experience.
