Pros
I've been with the company and subsidiary Buyerlink for over 4 years now. Leadership and management are experienced visionaries, understand the markets we operate in, and have provide excellent guidance to us on how to execute on our operating plans. From a sales perspective, we are compensated well and have a lot of support within the company to ensure we deliver to our clients what they need to be succesful on our platform. Also, the culture here is unlike many companies I have worked in in the past. Everybody here has a voice, and the various teams collaborate well, sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback to each other. Most importantly people treat each other with respect and care about each other. This value in particular is emphasized among all on the leadership team.
Cons
My main complaint is ensuring we have the right support to handle the growth we have seen in last few years. A lot of this has been addressed in the past year, but there have been periods where we are growing and adding new client partners too quickly, and we have not had enough support staff to onboard and manage these accounts.
