Pros
I’ve been working for 3 months so far. The hours are exactly what I would expect as a full time position, and work flexibility is welcome. The environment is friendly, and the work culture is very unique. The feeling of understanding, honesty, integrity and a general eagerness to be helpful and supportive are qualities I haven’t found in other companies in years. There is always something interesting and fun going on as outgive wants to ensure we enjoy working with this company. Anytime there are concerns there is a team of culture reps who do what they can to help alleviate those thoughts. I have been so thrilled to feel included and part of a strong united brand that thinks about its employees first and foremost. I am doing what I love, am recognized for my accomplishments and for my hard work, and have not experienced any discomfort or I’ll treatment while being a part of this team.
Cons
I can’t come up with any. If I have questions they’re answered right away, if I’m concerned about a procedure I have people who help me understand it or help me to change it to adapt to our needs. I don’t have issues with salary or pay. No issues with work hours. I don’t feel taken advantage of. There are no cons I can consider fo be part of this work culture.
