Good company, the people in my team are friendly and they're approachable. My art director is approachable, he gives me good feedback on how to improve my work. I'm learning a lot from him. -WFH setup -Workload is achievable
Cons
-No salary increases upon regularization -Only 5 days of leave (there should be more) -If I remember correctly, there is no yearly salary increase -No bonuses
