Pros
Working at Outgive has been a great experience. I feel really grateful and valued here, which makes me feel like I’m part of something good. The trust management places in me keeps me motivated and committed to doing my best. The health benefits are awesome and really helpful—definitely a huge plus. I also love how transparent leadership is with us; they keep us informed and make sure we’re all on the same page. Even though the company has had its challenges, it’s been amazing to see how it keeps growing and adapting, which makes me feel confident about where we’re headed. Overall, it’s been a busy but rewarding ride, and I’m excited to keep contributing.
Cons
While there have been plenty of good moments, there have also been some ups and downs along the way. There have been times when things felt a bit unstable, and I didn’t always feel like I had a say in certain decisions. Sometimes, things can get pretty busy, and while it’s motivating, it can also be a bit overwhelming at times ut overall, we work through it.
