Pros
I can work anytime, anywhere—even in my PJs. The flexibility is unmatched, which makes it easier to balance work and life. On top of that, the people here are both kind and professional. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and no idea is ever too small. Everyone supports each other, and leadership actually listens.
Cons
Career progression took some time for me, especially since the structure within my team is quite steep. I can’t speak for other teams, but that’s been my experience. That said, when you do put in the work, you’re acknowledged and rewarded fairly, it just might take a bit longer.
