Pros

Professional management and co-workers, all focused on the same goal of keeping clients happy. Minimal micromanagement, egos do not stand in the way of giving the best possible service. You really feel like you are part of a team that is expected to perform at the highest level. Flexible hours for home-based employees. HR is responsive and flexible, salary and comp packages are generous. Job descriptions and performance expectations are clear. Standard policies are documented and regular training is required. System and technical support is very strong. Almost every communication throughout the company gets a response within 24 hours.

Cons

There are inherent challenges in working across so many time zones. Occasionally, meetings have been scheduled to start at 2:00am my time, which meant I missed half the meeting by the time I could log on. There are often accommodations made to account for these zone differences, but sometimes it is not possible. No other complaints. This is a great company to work for.

Pros

Great place to work. Coworkers and management were very supportive. Had a very positive we-are-all-on-the-same-team atmosphere.

Cons

Not many, it really was a great place to work.

Pros

Some great team members Some leadership (middle managers) are great and truly care The company does a lot of good work

Cons

- Senior Leadership in Switzerland is 100% out of touch with reality, setting goals that are not attainable - They hire some questionable people to make decisions - If you're not in the EU, you're garbage - Max "raise" is 10% every 3 years for most people, unless you're in HR - Promotions can be squashed from the Swiss if they don't like you, even if your manager and director want the promotion - The sales team is full of legacy vets who can't sell, therefore the rest of the company gets punished - Career advancement is a joke - Company claims they listen to data, but often times ignores it - CEO is non existent and uses mouth pieces to pass along his messages - Active attempts at cutting anyone out who doesn't drink the kool-aid, or the swiss don't feel are true experts at their job (based on what, who knows)
