Pros
The people who are stuck at the bottom are some of the nicest people, and the new people are also very nice. They will get burned out and see how it is like the rest of us, and eventually leave. They are losing people left and right.
Cons
They have seriously, seriously gone down the drain during the pandemic. If you work here expect to be over-allocated, sometimes up to being assigned enough work for two people. This is based on their own measurement. I am currently pursuing a complaint with the EEOC as they refused to make an accommodation for my disability, I believe not paying out PTO for someone who is unable to continue working is discriminatory. This just goes to show, if you get sick or become disabled and can no longer do the same work, they do not care about you at all. You must give two weeks notice or they wont pay out your EARNED PTO. Thats what they call it, earned, you accumulate it only by working and then they can refuse to pay it out over arbitrary policies. They are money-grabbing, ungrateful people after being overworked for years there they simply did not care about me or my situation. They delayed our raises and didnt give us back pay. They would tell you to take PTO, then give you a hard time when you return because your work isnt covered. They side with the client over the employee every time. They will make you do jobs that are supposed to be manager's jobs, for example I was forced to run meetings on my own, new to my department, even though that is a manager's job. They did not compensate me for anything outside my scope of work, it was just expected of me.
