Cons
- Senior Leadership in Switzerland is 100% out of touch with reality, setting goals that are not attainable
- They hire some questionable people to make decisions
- If you're not in the EU, you're garbage
- Max "raise" is 10% every 3 years for most people, unless you're in HR
- Promotions can be squashed from the Swiss if they don't like you, even if your manager and director want the promotion
- The sales team is full of legacy vets who can't sell, therefore the rest of the company gets punished
- Career advancement is a joke
- Company claims they listen to data, but often times ignores it
- CEO is non existent and uses mouth pieces to pass along his messages
- Active attempts at cutting anyone out who doesn't drink the kool-aid, or the swiss don't feel are true experts at their job (based on what, who knows)
