Pros
Easy and fast onboarding onto the platform Easy system of check-ins and payments You can find a client relatively fast (average of 1 month in my case) You can get a really nice client, a long-term position, for a decent hourly rate
Cons
The hourly rate is fixed, I believe if the project is more complex then it should increase Not all, clients are good, some of them have no idea what and when they want it (but I guess you could say this for any platform) so in my opinion there should be a better vetting of the clients
