Pros
PwC is a place where you get to learn so much in a very short period of time, however, after being here for 3 years the learning slowed down. It's a good stepping stone and you get to network and meet many people whose relationship will come in handy in the future.
Cons
Depending on the team you work in, management has absolutely zero consideration for you personal life and the "work/life balance" they're always preaching about. The pay is terrible, especially for the amount of work you do/are expected to do. The work hours are long, I mean, really long. Between December to April, kiss your family good bye because you'll only be home by 9pm, on a good day. So much discrimination; gangs are divided by nationality and tough luck if you don't belong to one of the "powerful" ones. Did I mention the terrible pay? This needs to be highlighted. For the high living costs in Dubai, between the mandatory car purchase (if you wanna get to the client not sweating from head to toe) and sky high rent (unless you wanna live in a cheaper near by city and get stuck in traffic for a minimum of 3 hours a day), the salary is not enough to cover your expenses. Also, if PwC paid for your professional qualification, they own your soul, they'll only start amortizing the cost (over two years) once you finish your last exam.
