      Good compensation and good benifits.

      Cons

      Too much work, and literally 0 wlb. People work on weekends also and on weekdays nearly 11 hrs, sometimes goes upto 12 hrs daily. No free time for family or for personal eerands. Wlb is dead here.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
