      basically just a mirage of big company, years of experience you can put on your resume

      Cons

      Too many politics, bad leadship, how well you will be treated depends on where you are, if unfortunately you work in devil island, no matter how hard you work, you would be buried in the office politics. I knew some guys tried to sue the company due to unfair treatment, of course, QUALCOMM LAWYER came to settle with them... Others just didn't want to handle the political drama, they quit .... Generally, qualcomm is aged, for 4G, qualcomm does not have dominant patent as CDMA ...

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
