      Good ratio between Manager and Employees. You will be working on latest cutting-edge technologies. Compensation and health benefits are top of the line.

      Can't say there are whole lot of downsides for working at Qualcomm, but the environment is not typical of a startup company.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
