Pros
Working on cutting edge technologies. The culture allows everyone to work on what they are interested in. Compensation has been very good in recent years. Also, leadership is battle proven, and tested to be wise.
Cons
What if Qualcomm loses Apple's market share because of Apple going vertical, or lose of market share in China due to geopolitics? These questions worry me some -- but the leadership seems to be optimistic, and I tend to trust them knowing they sailed the ship in through rougher waters in the past five years or so.
