Pros
Qualcomm in general has a strong culture and genuinely seems to care about its employees. They provide a lot of opportunities for development, and good compensation, especially for strong performers.
Cons
Perhaps this is typical of large companies, but they need to look at trimming the fat in mid management levels. There are too many people with minimal contributions who have their position merely because of seniority and playing political games. On the positive side, it seems like efforts are being made in this area.
