      -Get to work on the latest technologies in H/W -Ample learning opportunities -Flexibility to work on projects of your interest -Helpful team members (Though it depends mainly on the team) -Lots of employee benefits - Food, insurance, device subsidy, etc. -Business is growing and expanding to other domains -Established company

      -Not so good for pure software roles (in my experience)

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
