      Pros

      Team is open to ideas and I get to work on new requirements. Work life balance is good and I get time for my activities/reading. Company is trying its hands into different fields opening up more requirements in software.

      Cons

      We don't end up writing complex software with using a lot of algorithms. Requirements are mostly customer driven and they are easy in implementation.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
