Pros
Good culture; there are many humble, dedicated people in the company that make the work so much more tolerable/manageable
Cons
A lot of extra work due to company constantly trying to prove itself and play catch up in new markets. What makes this not such a bad problem is that the company is highly aware of what it is capable of and what it is not. Senior management; emphasis on the senior part. Can get very political up at the top.
