Cons
1. In the name of development mainly debugging takes place. 2. Due to cost cutting salary review is decreased from 2 times a year to 1 time and salary hike is also decreased than before. 3. You may be called on weekends any time, as you are provided with laptops. You are expected to check mails even on weekends. 4. Employees are expected to work late nights. So, there are long working hours and over pressure.
