Cons
HR/IT ticket support departments need some work! I’ve had an HR ticket sitting open for 4 months with no response. IT responses to tickets can be too cryptic. This item alone is super frustrating when you need help and if you’re new to SAP. Remote Office: This is not really a Con but more of a challenge for those who haven’t been 100% remote before. I’m so used to being in an office and collaborating with others. Working 100% from home has taken some time to get used to.
