      Pros

      SAP is really taking care of its employees or how else can you explain zero job losses during covid19? Clear message, clear strategy how to move forward and weather the crisis together. Apart from the crisis, SAP offers tones of benefits and offers you a place you WANT to work. You don´t have to, you want to.

      Cons

      Like in many other big multi-national companies, decision making takes much longer and an information overload due to its big product portfolio is certain. But that happens in many other firms too...
