Cons
Poor process management, no knowledge about modern software development. Development teams spent most of their time on basic customer support issues (customers couldn't understand how to use the product, neither could SAP customer support, so all issues were routed straight back to development teams). No incentive for change, if half of your work comes from solving customer support issues, making the software usable for customers would cost you half your work.
