No advancement opportunities. No way to grow professionally. No education or professional certifications provided. Once hired, you’re locked into your position and that’s only for the contract duration. Very low career longevity unless you are a corporate level manager. Employee retention is nonexistent. Playing the career lottery every time a job contract is up for review is awful.
