Collaborative environment, access to learning and development resources, potential for growth, great compensation, new campus, very stable industry with job security, solid work/life balance
Cons
Doesn't have trendy start-up vibes, so if you're looking for ping pong tables and beer fridges this may not be your place. Personally, I prefer a more traditional office environment, so it's a great fit for me.
