- Compensation is on the lower side compared against similar roles in other companies - Nothing fantastic about benefits - Office location is quite inaccessible - Management can be quite indecisive and micromanages employees (depends on dept) - Management asks employees for feedback but doesn't bother to accept/incorporate it (i.e. all talk, no action) - Many processes are manual, no SOP - Very minimal career progression
