Pros
I was personally on a great team where anyone would you help you out or answer your question as long as they were not busy with their own work. Manager was lenient and would be willing to work with you if scheduling conflicts came up.
Cons
Schaefer outside the site was atrocious. Communication was almost nonexistent and there was somewhat an air of if you either didn't work at the headquarters in Charlotte or you weren't a high up individual they did not care about you.
