Pros
Sage Intacct has a strong foundation of commitment to do the right thing for the customers, the employees and the company. I observe decency, collegiality and fairness on a daily basis. People genuinely want to do the right thing and help each other. Accomplishments are recognized not only financially by the company, but also on a human level by coworkers and managers. This translates to skyrocket customer satisfaction ratings, strong commitment by team members, and ability to sustain the amazing growth of the business. Sage Intacct is, hands down, the best place that I have worked for in the 20 years since I first joined the workforce.
Cons
The integration with Sage after the acquisition has been smoother for some teams and rockier for others. The fast growth of the business sometimes leads to growing pains: being overwhelmed by opportunities or things to do and, in some cases, being reactive rather than strategic.
