Pros

If you’re flexible they are flexible! If you have the right attitude, embedding the company values - which are really well thought of - you will get great achievements and development opportunities. Sage values Your strengths and what you have to give! As a multinational, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know and work different cultures, support in moving to other countries offices, support in progressing your career and devolpment. At Sage, I had the opportunity to visit and work in 6 different countries and 9 different office places. I had the opportunity to expirience different roles (4 different and devolpment roles). I’ve met and interacted with the most amazing, interesting and fun people at work - from 20 different nationalities I should say that overall, I’m really happy at sage, I’ve been able to learn a lot specially about myself and my strengths! How I can improve and what I need to let go! And how can I make a difference at sage with that! Good work life balance.....”if you’re flexible, they are flexible with you!” Sage is changing a lot, we Have been in a transformation process...and, of course, there are some pain related to that, but being able to see what we are transforming to, being part of it, and see so much potential and greatness that we want to achieve, and we are definitively achieving it...it’s a great feeling!

Cons

“Back-office” should be better acknowledged....but I can see and experienced that this is being improved

Pros

Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

Cons

Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
