Pros
The people on the "coalface" are wonderful. The benefits are decent.
Cons
All support staff are now sales staff. The targets for sales are all important, if someone is good at sales but giving poor customer support, then that's fine: Sage's business model reflects this. Morale is very low, staff are penalised at every opportunity and blamed for the failings of poor leadership. There is lip service paid to cloud products, but the cloud products they have are not fit for purpose. Putting the word "cloud" in front of a desktop product is disingenuous.
