Pros
The people you work with are great, it's a fast paced environment where you get to learn a lot and there's lots of opportunities to progress if you put the work in.
Cons
The culture has changed in the last few years, it used to be really people focussed culture. It's been a top down change from newer leaders in the business, where the culture is now very political, aggressive, your face either fits or it doesn't and if it doesn't, you really won't survive very long as it's not what you know, it's who you know.
