Pros

Flexible hours, that's about it.

Cons

No one really has a clue, especially middle management. Pay is way below standard. You don't get any acknowledgment for extra efforts. It's a lot of office politics and the office manager is an [unpleasant person]. The result is, of course, that the next guy in don't understand the choices the last guy did (or why he left yet), making the code base a pain in the [posterior body part].

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.

Cons

very poor communication, international payments take a fee, poor software compared to other sports data companies, long training process with a lot of technical difficulties incurred
