Pros

easy to get job some nice colleagues from different countries.

Cons

no culture. no opportunities. bad pay. bored colleagues. the only culture is between small group of colleagues who have been here 10+ years and are happy to get paid for doing minimum. there is reason the average stay is ~2 years. nothing modern about work practices. company from 10 years ago are more modern than this office. "englisch speaking" office but 90%+ german only. new colleagues trying to learn new job and cannot understand what is happening around them. all the time people complain about each other. if you join, you never get promotion because there is nothing to promotion to.

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.
